Christopher Campbell

Managing Member

Chris is an expert U.S. patent agent with experience at all stages of patent procurement, from research and collaborative opinion projects to domestic and foreign prosecution. He regularly counsels clients on strategies for initiating new patent portfolios and building upon existing portfolios to help increase the value of the business, product, or service. He believes the patent system is an effective way for all businesses, particularly small and medium-sized growth-oriented businesses, to create value and protect their interests in the market.

Chris's original drafting and prosecution service captures, enhances, and protects the commercial value of innovations in an array of industries and positions the rights holder for future licensing, sale, or enforcement. He has experience working with high-value inventions in the life sciences, biotechnology (Biotech), agricultural technology (AgTech), medical technology (MedTech), the mechanical arts, software and applied artificial intelligence (AI), and consumer products, among others. For each new patent application, he works closely with the inventor to understand how the invention should relate to the patent application as well as how the patent application should relate to the business plan. Aligning the invention-patent-business axis is a key value proposition for his original drafting.

Chris is licensed to practice before the USPTO (Reg. No. 74,985).
